Digital Service Designer

As a Digital Service Designer, you will be part of an Agile scrum team which builds world class digital services.
To be successful in the role, you will have
  • Extensive experience in design of services within an organisation
  • Demonstrated experience in Human Centred Design
  • Demonstrated experience in Customer Experience design
  • Demonstrated and practical application of Design Thinking practices 
  • Champion of the Digital Service Standard (DSS) and Service Design and Delivery Process (SDDP)
  • Highly knowledgeable in research and design methodology
  • Experience in generating design hypothesis, mapping experiences and evaluating success metrics
  • Demonstrated experience working on operational/live services
  • Experience planning, conducting, analysing and making recommendations on emerging trends to identify and lead improvements to existing services as well as introduce innovative and industry first service experiences
  • Expertise in building and testing concepts and prototypes, supported by experts in content, solution design and other relevant disciplines
  • Strong presentation/facilitation skills and the ability to articulate and present solutions, ideas and recommendations
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment, handling and coordinating multiple projects
  • Experience in working in Agile is highly desirable
