• Providing direct supervision to staff
Knowledge:
• Familiarity with public sector accountabilities and relevant legislative frameworks, such as the Public Sector Management Act 1994 and Public Sector Standards 2016.
• Qualifications or extensive experience in senior human resource management are highly desirable.
Requirements:
• Analytical skills and ability to develop effective workforce plans.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Leadership abilities and commitment to high standards
