Fire Building Services Drafting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Building Services Drafting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in fire building services drafting, with proficiency in either Revit or Microstation.

All applicants must be Australian/New Zealand Citizens OR Permanent Residents - With full working rights in Australia. 

About the company: Our client, a leading infrastructure, service, and operations business, is now investing heavily in its organisation and has a large portfolio of exciting capital engineering projects. 

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed fire building services drawings and models using Revit or Microstation software
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of designs
• Review and revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on fire building services design issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience in fire building services drafting
• Proficiency in Revit or Microstation software
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
