EL1 Procurement, Reporting & Assurance Officer

Our client is a Federal government department, seeking to engage an experienced Procurement, Reporting & Assurance Officer (EL1 equivalent) to manage the end-to-end procurement process and provide procurement advice to the Business Areas of IT Division.

Length of contract:
12 months 


Key responsibilities:
  • Implement a Continuous Improvement work program to uplift the SAP financial literacy, data input accuracy and timeliness and reporting capabilities of procurement team members
  • Ongoing tracking and reporting of costs associated with procurements and contract budgets utilising the functionality of Microsoft SharePoint, Excel and other platforms;
Required skills and experience:
  • Demonstrated procurement/contract management experience
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Excel/SharePoint and SAP to produce reports
  • Proven experience in driving continuous improvement activities
