Ignite are looking for a skilled level 3 IT personnel with experience leading a team to join one of our large well reputed Federal Government Clients as an End User Services Team Lead
The End User Services team is responsible for the design, implementation, and support of all hardware, software and applications used by the Client employees within a modern desktop environment. We are looking for an experienced modern desktop administrator who can lead a small team, which will continue to support develop and improve the services provided to clients global user base.
Role and Responsibilities can include:
- Team leadership and resource management for the End User Services team
- Incident/Service Request Management, Monitoring and Event Management
- Standard Operating Environment (SOE) administration and management
- SCOM, SCCM, SCSM administration and management
- Citrix administration and management
Successful Candidates Will Have:
- Experience in managing a small technical team
- Experience in operational support, SOE development, and desktop administration
- Experience with Microsoft technology stack including Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure and M365
- Experience in patching, packaging, deployment, and end user security
You must be an Australian Citizen with a Current NV1 or Ability to Obtain Security Clearance to be considered for this role due to federal government security regulations. Hybrid arrangements are considered on a case-to-case basis.
