The Role

Our Melbourne team are expanding due to the demand for resources in the market, specifically in the IT and Business Support sector. This role will work with experienced Account Managers who have been with the business for many years specialising in identifying and placing IT and Non-IT candidates into appropriate roles. Your role in the team is to work closely with candidates to assist them with their job search process and progress into managing client accounts.
 
If you do not have any form of recruitment experience, full training and mentoring will be provided to make you as effective as possible through structured courses, workshops, one-on-one coaching and online learning.

To succeed in the role, you will have excellent:

  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
  • The ability to listen, understand with empathy and communicate your ideas and previous experience with clarity.
  • Integrity, diligence and honesty.
  • Organisational and multitasking skills
  • Proven ability to work under pressure at times (we do get busy)
  • Be self-motivated but also prove to be a motivator to those around you.
  • A competitive edge!
