Executive Assistant

Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high level executive support to the Branch Manager.

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide timely, effective diary management by prioritising and organising meetings with stakeholders
  • Coordinate key documents and ensure relevant information is provided prior to appointments and meetings, including papers and briefs
  • Manage all communication, including in person, answering all incoming phone calls, monitoring emails and actioning as appropriate
  • Collect and distribute information accurately and timely ensuring the highest levels of confidentiality
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Provide administrative support and assist in the coordination of corporate requests
To be considered, you must possess the following skills and experience:
  • Proven skills and experience in working as an Executive Assistant
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with diverse stakeholders, be an effective team player and make positive contributions
You must be an Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain a Baseline security level clearance to apply.
