Executive Assistant

We are currently recruiting experienced Executive Assistants for contract based positions in Sydney CBD!

Primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for the Executive including receiving and responding to phone calls/emails and correspondence.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on matters relating to the practice group.
  • Providing and coordinating agency/ group administrative support including compilation of papers, filing, paying invoices, disseminating information.
  • Managing diary arrangements including prioritising meetings and deadlines.
  • Coordinating all travel arrangements.
  • Preparing and/or quality assuring general correspondence.
  • Providing secretariat duties including preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, coordinating documentation.
  • Facilitating and supporting meetings with key stakeholder groups.
  • Establishing and/or maintaining record keeping systems including managing and tracking correspondence.
  • Providing assistance to other Senior Executive when required.

  • Ability to deal with sensitive, complex and confidential matters
  • Advanced diary management
  • Ability to coordinate and book travel
  • Experience within Government is ideal
