Ignite are currently recruiting Customer Service Representatives for contract based positions within numerous government organisations in Parramatta & surrounding areas.

 

If you are an experienced Customer Service Representative, can easily familiarise yourself with new surroundings, have an excellent phone manner, impeccable presentation, strong ability to problem solve and are ready to hit the ground running, then this could be the ideal next step in your career!

 

Key Responsibilities of the role may include but are not limited to: 

  • Inbound/outbound calls and logging calls accordingly 
  • Identifying the needs and building rapport with clientele 
  • Database maintenance and Data Entry 
  • Liaising with internal and external stake holders
  • Participating in team meetings
  • Problem solving 
  • Meeting daily/ weekly / monthly targets 
  • Upkeep of excellent Customer Service 
 

Successful applicants must possess the following:

  • Proven Customer Service experience
  • Professionally presented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Strong problem solving ability
  • Intermediate MS office skills
  • Non restricted work rights
  • Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
