Experienced Service Coordinator | Immediate Start!

This well established Business is seeking an experience Service Coordinator to join their operations hub. Working within an inclusive and productive team, there is fantastic career advancement opportunities and progression!

The position is based on-site full time, Monday - Friday 6am-4pm. Located within the Lower North Shore, Public Transport is a breeze with a free loop bus that drops you at the door, alternatively there is limited street parking available. 

Your duties will include:
  • Responding to inbound calls, emails and job requisitions
  • End to end Job Management across multiple system portals
  • Scheduling technicians across NSW
  • Updating client files
  • Ensuring all compliance / site inductions are completed
  • Liaising with Major commercial clients and stake holders
  • Communicating with tradesmen and suppliers
  • Creating service Reports and Asset Certifications
  • Ad hoc support tasks as required

In order for you to be successful for the position you must have:
  • Proven previous experience within a similar position
  • Effective time management and capable of juggling conflicting deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team as well as autonomously
  • Capable of working at a fast pace with high accuracy 
  • Work on-site full-time 6am-4pm daily
  • Due to large commercial agreements candidates must be Vaccinated (Covid-19)
