About The Role
As the Field Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the deployment of laptops and end-user IT equipment to various office sites in Asset Refresh project. You will be trained in the standard operating process and will engage staff in setting meetings to complete the deployments.

About The Role
As the Field Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the deployment of laptops and end-user IT equipment to various office sites in Asset Refresh project. You will be trained in the standard operating process and will engage staff in setting meetings to complete the deployments.
Your Responsibilities
- Travel to the site offices to refresh laptops
- Configure, image, and copy data from the old devices to the new ones
- Co-ordinate and communicate with the end users to book their time to refresh their laptops
- Travel from SYD-HQ to Sites and vice-versa
You Experience
- Previous experience in Field Support
- Experience in Laptop Refresh projects
- Solid desktop skills
- Experience with Intune
- Strong communication skills
