Financial Management

 
We are looking for a contractor that undertakes financial management for a government client. Your new role will to the daily administration of the contact centre services, financial and contract management, performance, project management and customer experience.
 
  • Responsible for end to end administration of multiple projects across the section.
  • Undertake financial duties such as, reconciling invoices, accruals, end of month processes and budget management.
  • Developing project analysis/templates to assist in project tracking, gap analysis of future/current state of processes.
  • Undertaking customer experience initiates and review performance measures.
  • Preparing service schedules, service level agreements, work orders, procurement and related liaison activities with the department’s procurement team when required.
  • Provide project support to streamline data collection, analysis and reporting with close attention to stakeholder requirements.
Requirements
  • Previous government experience desirable
  • Minimum of 5-10 years in a professional environment. 
  • Previous experience working in government departments desirable
  • TechOne financial system knowledge desirable
  • Relevant education (Degree/Certificate) desirable
