Support the Governance and Reporting Lead by taking carriage of assigned Participant Pathway Program review and implementation committees and help define end-to-end processes.
Our client has undertaken an organisation-wide review  to address feedback about participant’s  interactions with them. Off the back of a nation-wide needs analysis, improvements are presently being rolled out simultaneously.  
 
As the Governance and Reporting Specialist your work will be vital to ensuring this important work delivers the improvements that are necessary.
Your activities will include:  
  • Supporting the Governance and Reporting Lead with numerous activities:
    • Preparation of program meeting papers for allocated governance forums
    • the reporting process (including clearance by relevant stakeholders) for Program governance groups
  • Liaise with relevant Program staff to update the Program’s governance and reporting requirements
  • Manage the Program mailbox, including the distribution of Program meeting invitations and papers.
  • Liaise and support relevant program staff to upload and raise change requests into the digital platform
  • Manage the change control process and monitor workflow to ensure that the change request is submitted to the relevant Governance body
  • Perform quality review of change request and liaise with relevant program staff to communicate data expectations
 
To be considered for this role we would like to see:
Around three years professional experience in Governance and Reporting roles
An interest in working the Geelong area
Strong stakeholder management skills
Strong coordination and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
A continuous improvement mindset
