Excellent HR Advisor, Workforce Planning position avaiable -

- WORK IN REGIONAL VICTORIA - HUME REGION - WORK CLOSE TO HOME 
- WORK ONSITE 5 DAYS A WEEK WITH VIEW TO 1 DAY WFH

  • Supporting the HRBP in HR Activities across the Hume Region Victorian facilities
  • Coordination of monthly Workforce Planning Workshops (Resource Planning, Casual Conversions & Performance) by providing analytical insights and presentations for Senior Leadership Team
  • Supporting HRBP across various change management initiatives across the Victorian Regioanl facilities
  • Supporting EA negotiations coordination, communications to key stakeholders.
  • Providing support for the business Talent Reviews, Check-ins, Salary Reviews and Performance Management identified in Strategic Workforce Planning and Global Talent Review process
  • Providing executive reports for Commonwealth (monthly, quarterly and data analysis for yearly cyclical process)
  • Providing Workforce analysis required to support projects related to workforce planning
  • Coordination of role classification reviews and championing in conjunction with Training Manager
  • Supporting HR Project Management Activities across both facilities  
  • Pro-actively developing customer relationships by making efforts to listen to and understand the customer (both internal and external); anticipating and providing solutions to customer needs; giving high priority to customer satisfaction.
  • Being a role model for change management whilst supporting groups, teams through change.
  • Liaising with stakeholders internal and external to resolve queries and issues.
KEY KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE                                                                                         

To be successful in your role, you will have demonstrated and/or acquired the following knowledge and experience:

 

  • Degree qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, or a relevant field.
  • Advanced Excel Skills and Intermediate PowerPoint and Word processing
  • Project management experience, or logistics Coordination and planning experience
  • Interpersonal influence and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to work at multi-levels of the organisation.
  • Clear and influential verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to deal with customer representatives at all levels, understand and translate the customer business needs into a valued solution and create a long-term relationship.
 

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

  • At least 5 years of relevant Industry experience within manufacturing or a related industry in a professional capacity.
  • Proven experience analysing, forecasting and actively managing workforce planning.
  • Proven experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders in a complex environment.
 

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

  • Highly desirable; workforce modelling expertise in a FMCG / Manufacturing environment
  • Sound knowledge of industrial relations including; enterprise agreement interpretation, consultation and classifications
Experience working with the Commonwealth of Australia or other government stakeholders.
