HR Business Partner | National Business

We are currently seeking a passionate hands-on HR Business Partner who is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the HR function nationally.

It is an exciting opportunity to be an integral partner within the success of team growth, driving positive solutions and strategies whilst working with staff members on the full employee life cycle. Reporting directly to the CEO/ Managing Director, the position is a Permanent Full-Time position based within the Sydney CBD office.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Autonomous HR function over employee lifecycle
  • End to end recruitment and onboarding
  • Assessing and proactively anticipating people needs and an expert at implementing HR solutions in line with business strategy/needs
  • Leave and attendance management through employment hero
  • Responding to HR and policy enquires
  • Development and implementation of company policies
  • Strong understanding of relevant government legislation and Industry Awards.
  • Compliance for industry and Specialist Accreditation.
  • Regular audits of HR files and HRIS.
  • Ad hoc HR projects.

In order to be successful within this position you will need:
  • Operational HR Business Partnering experience in all end-to-end processes
  • A true hands-on approach and confident in working in a stand-alone position
  • High level communication skills written and verbal
  • Effective stakeholder management at all levels
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • True team player, who sees the value in collaboration and deliver high quality work
  • HRIS experience highly valued (Employment Hero)
  • Education in Human Resource Management
  • Legal Industry experience highly advantageous
