What will you do?
 
You will assist users in identifying issues and communicating with internal and external stakeholders to provide solutions. You will contribute to the user experience of system usage with a focus on supporting vendors, monitoring system availability and resolving any issues.
 
Requirements:

  • Investigate and resolve system and vendor issues
  • Assisting and coordinating the provision of software vendor test and production access support for users
  • Supporting incident and problem management meetings
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills a must
