Home Development Specialist

Our client is an innovative New Home Build & Rennovation organisation who is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to be based in their West Sydney display Suite. The successful candidate will have a 'Can Do' mentality, possess a hunger for success, experience with building strong relationships, confidence and ability to close new business opportunities. 

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Close new home & granny flat sales
  • Generate new sales via walk ins, warm leads and online advertising
  • Develop and maintain a contact database
  • Draw up and negotiate contracts of sale for properties
  • Implement and execute sales initiatives to generate leads
  • Follow up online and phone inquiries
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Edit and update online listings
  • Ensure Displays are open and presented professionally
  • Achieving and exceeding sales budgets

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in New Home & Building industry sales
  • Verified track record of Achieving and Exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with Sales Metrics, Targets and KPI’s
  • Hunters Mentality
  • Confident and Self-Motivated
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Strong Relationship Building
  • Polished and presentable Appearance
  • Current NSW Driver’s License
  • MUST be available to work weekends
