Human Resource Adviser

We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resource Adviser for a short term temp assignment with our State Government Client based in Parramatta.  
As a Human Resource Adviser you will be responsible for providing support in all HR and project management related functions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake HR projects and initiatives as required
  • Develop and maintain relationships with managers and employees to have the ability to provide HR support
  • Measuring & monitoring performance of the HR directorate
  • Writing project briefs
  • Conducting business analysis
  • Researching/ investigating and collating information
  • General administration as required
The successful candidates will possess:
  • Proven experience in HR administration
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrated knowledge in project management
  • Ability to analyse data and information
  • High level of communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise workload
  • Strong team player attitude
  • Competent and confident within IT systems and MS Office
