ICT Desk Side Support Officer L1/L2

Initial 6-month contract with 2 6-month extension's

Our Federal Government Department are seeking multiple ICT Desk-side Support Officer(s) to provide floorwalking support for the delivery of the Desktop One Windows 11 migrations.

Duties include:

• Ensure successful client transition with software and hardware rollouts.
• Triage incoming calls, messages, and incidents across channels.
• Attend client desks to identify technical issues, resolve and/or escalate as needed.
• Ensure all incidents will be resolved in a timely manner.
• Being central point-of-contact for clients and liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Developing Knowledge Base Articles, raising incident tickets in Service Manager 9, the Departmental service management system, and maintaining asset and information systems.

Demonstrated experience:

• 6-month experience in a similar role.
• Ability to provide effective and efficient Level 1 ICT support
• Attention to detail and work ethic
• Agile project delivery (desirable)
• Microsoft Office 365(desirable)
• ITIL experience/Certificate (preferable)
