ICT Incident & Services Manager

Mandatory Criteria
  • Incident & Problem Management
  • Investigate incidents and problems in systems and services. Assists with the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures.
Weighted Criteria
  • Perform high-level analysis and evaluation of application errors, incidents, problems and work with technical resources to formulate solutions
  • Support the configuration of ICT applications to meet business requirements.
  • Produce various system artefacts including but not limited to:
  • User Specifications
  • Test Control document
  • Business Requirements
  • Test plan, strategy and test cases
