ICT Operations Manager
Primary responsibilities:
  • Performance of all service, sales and procurement processing and associated logistics and documentation
  • Managed a team of Electrical/Electronic technicians.
  • Ensure facilities and resources are in place for operations and services.
  • Business policy/process review and improvement for operational efficiency
  • Leading change across the Company’s operations
  • Management of Information and Communications Technology (ICT):
  • Business continuity of information systems
  • Integration of information and systems in business processes
  • Suppliers and contracts
  • Revenue from Service and Spare Parts Sales
  • Company and Customer compliance for operations and services
Essential Criteria       
  • Management experience of a service team, services, and service operations
  • Administration and user experience in ICT systems for Inventory, Procurement, Assets, CRM, Cloud storage, Exchange/Office 365, mobile and web clients,
  • Management experience of ICT infrastructure
  • Experience managing ICT vendors and services.
  • Experience analysing and reviewing business operations and managing change projects including policies and procedures.
  • Food Industry sector experience.
  • Management experience in workplace facilities including refurbishment projects.
