ICT Trainer

Looking for an ICT Trainer who can deliver face-to-face training to corporate staff enabling them to embrace latest technology in agile workplace environment.

Role overview:
Your role will be to enhance and deliver a skill-based training program based around a number of different IT systems. This will include creating new training material, as well as documenting new processes and changes to the system.

You will induct members of staff on how to use the systems, through a mixture of workshops, webinars and other training methods.

Main duties of the role:
  • You will be responsible for delivering courses covering various aspects of technology.
  • Execute the training plans
  • Develop communication plans
  • Establish change champions’ network for various directorates
  • Prepare post training analysis
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during training delivery
  • Enhance and improve course content based on feedback
Essential requirements:
  • To be successful you will have experience in stakeholder management, delivering technical training and be an efficient communicator.
  • Experience in delivering training to both small and large groups
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering training programs, ideally for Microsoft Office/ Windows 10/ Skype for Business
  • Organisational Change Management (OCM)
  • Self-driven, with great time management skills
