The Role

As the IT Business Development Manager, you will manage a desk with a split of existing clients along with the freedom to create a brand-new portfolio of clients. The market has shifted showing positive signs of significant growth within the IT & Digital space so now is the time to start building a strong foundation and using a strong database of active candidates to fill multiple existing roles.

Your experience and skills will include:
  • Proven experience in developing a successful sales strategy from lead generation through to targeted placements
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding activity and sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability to build your personal brand and leverage that to develop relationships with clients and candidates
  • Knowledge of the IT & Digital market
  • Resilient, positive and a drive to succeed
  • The ability to work with and contribute to a successful team
  • Enjoy the thrill of chasing and securing new business opportunities.
