The Role

In the newly appointed role as IT Business Development Manager, you will manage a desk with a split of existing and active clients along with the freedom to create a brand-new portfolio of clients. The ACT IT industry, both in private and government sectors are experiencing significant growth within the IT & Digital space so now is the time to start building a strong foundation and using a strong database of active candidates to fill multiple existing roles as well as using your existing network to further elevate your earning potential.
Your experience and skills will include:
  • Proven experience in developing a successful sales strategy from lead generation through to targeted placements
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding activity and sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability to build your personal brand and leverage that to develop relationships with clients and candidates
  • Knowledge and experience within the IT & Digital market in either the government or commercial ACT sectors
  • Resilient, positive with an immense drive to succeed
  • The ability to work with and contribute to a high performing team
  • Enjoy the thrill of chasing and securing new business opportunities.
