SYSTEM AND SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide end user support for legacy and future state Retail Systems, including integrations between Retail systems and other platforms
- Assist IT Support team with Support requests for all Corporate and Retail Store systems and technologies
- Previous experience supporting a Corporate Retail System, including both back-office functions and POS (CEGID highly regarded)
- High level SQLVBA skills, including procedural SQL
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to capture business requirements in a clear concise manner
- Solid understanding of software development processes
- Disciplined and detailed Ticketing System Experience
- Testing and validation of system and technology changes
- Develop support documentation and procedures
- Develop end user documentation and for training and knowledge sharing
- Coordinate with external software vendors
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Previous experience supporting an ERP solution (SAP highly regarded)
- Previous experience supporting an eCommerce platform (Magento SFCC highly regarded)
- Previous experience with Application Integration tools and technologies (Tibco highly regarded)
