Information Management Trainer/Officer - Manningham - 5103410

Our client located in the north-east suburbs of Melbourne is seeking an Information Management Trainer to join their team.
In this position you will be required to deliver effective training in the use of HP Records Manager 8.3 and integrated software add-ins, as part of an ongoing information management learning and development program.

You will also be responsible for managing and creating user profiles as well as providing day to day operational support such mail opening and incoming correspondence capture.
To be considered for this position you must have:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and/or lesser qualification level with relevant work experience in information, records and/or archives management.
  • Demonstrated experience in HPRM/TRIM use, including experience training users in the use of HPRM/TRIM.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing expert and timely advice in relation to records and information management principles and processes, in particular in records classification, capture, retention and disposal (including appraisal, sentencing, transfer and destruction)
  • Understanding of information management practices and relevant legislation, relating to information management.
  • Experience in providing customer focused and innovative service based on best information management practices and responding to customer r requests to ensure agreed service levels are met.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cohesively with and across organisational units and functions to achieve best possible outcomes and results.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including the ability to develop routine, clear and concise communications to the organisation.
  • Ability to be flexible and responsive and adapt to changing priorities when needed.
