We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our team to design commercial office spaces.
The ideal candidate should be able to create designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing while considering the unique needs and preferences of each client.
You will be responsible for overseeing the entire design process, from concept development to final installation.
As a Senior Designer you will always promote the company, its services and value, Whilst ensuring a creative and effective solution is delivered on each project allocated by the Management Team - accountable on aspects relating to creativity,practicality,technical competence, time , cost and quality.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs, goals, and preferences.
- Conduct site visits to assess the space and take measurements.
- Create 2D and 3D drawings of the proposed designs using AutoCAD or other design software.
- Present designs to clients and make revisions based on their feedback.
- Create project schedules and budgets and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that designs are executed according to plan.
- Oversee the installation of the design elements and make any necessary adjustments.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in commercial office design and incorporate them into your designs when appropriate.
- Liaise with the Project Manager to ensure that the internal design team, sub contractors,suppliers and sub consultants are working efficiently and effectively.
- Preparation of strategic planning reports including the ability to; interpret interview material to document affinity diagrams, and space budgets; create space standards relevant to the client’s requirements; articulate visually, orally and in written form a succinct understanding of the client’s brief and appropriate workplace concepts.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in commercial interior office space designs.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software.
- Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop Creative Suite.
- Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to commercial office spaces.
