- Responsible for working directly with internal & external stakeholders.
- Translate business requirement into a defined scope.
- Identify, analyse, document requirements and business process.
- Develop user stories, facilitate workshops, and conduct stakeholder reviews.
- Present information to clients both internally and externally
- Assist with business process review and improvement.
- Assist with testing related activities.
- Demonstrated personal characteristics necessary for working with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Background knowledge in discipline areas such as, requirements gathering process, design and architecture etc
- Analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge in business process re-engineering and improvement
- Knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle Methodologies
