Seeking experienced Knowledge Article Writers for our Federal Government client

Citizenship requirements: Australian citizens with ability to obtain
Location: Australian Capital Territory
Duration: February 2022 + 2 x 12 month extensions

Our client requires the services of a Knowledge Article Writer to consolidate the departments knowledge base articles into one ITSM platform and further drive end user adoption of "self service" through this platform.

You will have experience in the following areas:

  • Understanding of First Level Support functions on an IT Service Desk, Self Service Portals and the role of the Knowledge Base.
  • Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, develop both business and technical contexts and adjust documentation language according to target audiences
  • High level communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders and negotiate with business and technical personnel
  • Understanding of ITIL , Request and Incident workflows
