LMS Developer
Our client from the NFP sector is looking for a LMS Developer to start asap on a contract to work with the Head of Learning and Development and the wider business.
The LMS Developer works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver and maximise on-line learning across the organistaion to support the achievement of the clients vision and mission.  This role creates regular and ad-hoc reporting for stakeholders and supports the People, Culture and Safety Team with on-line resources and functionality (e.g. SharePoint pages, etc).
Key duties:
  • Maintain the integrity of the Learning Management System (courses and content) in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • System optimisation through continuous improvement that supports organisational workforce objectives.
  • Develop and maintain standardised LMS tools and reporting; generate standard and custom reports.
  • Maintain the Learning and Capability team intranet pages, including online training calendars.
  • Workplace Health & Safety Responsibilities
  • Contribute to strategic project work for the People, Culture and Safety team.
Key selection criteria:
  • Solid experience in learning management system administration and reporting (Litmos desirable)
  • Experience working with E-learning software such as Articulate 360, video based and interactive learning materials
  • Experience in online training, eLearning and digital course content development with knowledge of instructional design principles.
  • Positive, ‘can-do’ attitude, with the ability to use initiative to resolve problems and address issues as they relate to the LMS
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate complex technical concepts in layman’s terms
  • High level attention to detail
  • Well-developed critical thinking ability
  • Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and produce work effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with 3rd party providers, educators and trainers.
