Lead Agile Business Analyst

Selection Criteria  
  • Demonstrate experience in overseeing all Business Analyst activities on a project including the development of Business Requirements Specifications (BRS).
  • Demonstrated agile delivery experience as a Lead BA.
  • Ability to research, analyse, apply logic and lateral thinking, problem solve and generate new ideas.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a diverse range of staff and stakeholders internally and externally to achieve results.
  • Advanced and effective written skills to write clearly and with impact and maintain strong attention to details.
  • Ability to think strategically and align operational activity accordingly.
  • Experience in value stream analysis and process framework for standardising and streamlining key business processes.
  • Have significant Jira experience including administration capabilities.
