In this newly created strategic role, you will report directly to the EGM for P&C and engage with key leaders across the business in identifying staff development and training programs which address current and future talent demands.  You will be hands on in delivery, but also with the capability to build the strategic plan for the L&D function and play a key leadership role in the P&C team.

 

You will have a real passion for realising the full potential of people, ideally with L&D experience gained in a customer service and sales environment.  Your communication skills will be second to none as will be your ability to engage with a wide group of stakeholders and suppliers at all levels.
