Learning Management Systems (LMS) Coordinator

Our client who are a key player in the Pharma and Bio-Tech industry are looking to add a Learning Management Systems ( LMS ) Coordinator to their team. This is an initial 12 month contract with the possibility of a 12 month extension. You will be working with a team of 4 with the flexibility of a hybrid WFH/Office set up. 

Start Date: Anytime after 20/6/2022

Daily Rate: $51.53 per hour


Learning Management Systems (LMS) Coordinator
? Perform the duties of the Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator in the LMS system (Plateau)
o Maintain training in the LMS for R&D employees (CSL Parkville and Bio21)
o Generate reports and collate data (including KPI metrics and training status)
o Collaborate with subject matter experts, management and content owners to design, develop, and update training modules
o Support departments in the annual training effectiveness review and identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency
? Participate in global Learning Management System administrator meetings
? Initiate actions designed to support and achieve Company objectives
? Lead and implement the Company’s Trainer Qualification program
? Facilitate monthly GxP training sessions and provide customer service, advice and training to personnel
? Liaise with HR, BT and other training teams on behalf of personnel as required
? Respond and action training queries and requests in a timely matter via Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and IT Service Management tool
? Initiate and participate in Continuous Improvement activities
? Support other areas of the Quality department where requested


• Specific experience in LMS systems and e-learn authoring tool is essential. Experience with Plateau and Articulate is highly desirable.
? Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
? Strong interpersonal, organisational & analytical skills.
? Strong administration and organisational skills.
? Good attention to detail with the ability to prioritise.
? Good written and verbal communication skills.

Other information:

Size of Team: Small team of 4 key co-workers, but this is a stand alone role

Flexibility: there is some flexibility but required to also be onsite, (not a permanent work from home role)

Reports to: Senior Manager, Supplier Quality
