Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinator

Calling all expert Logistics Coordinators and Supply Chain Customer Specialists!

  • Multiple roles available
  • Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in Supply Chain or Customer Service
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Require full time Monday - Friday availability
Responsibilities may include:

  • Building and managing external relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Proving exceptional customer service and customer experience
  • Creating a positive, memorable experience to increase customer satisfaction
  • Monitor / maintain inventory levels
  • Managing supply chain procedures
  • Purchase order management
  • Enter purchase orders and receipts into SAP
  • Monitor order documentation
  • Monitor incoming enquiries from customers
  • Investigate issues and suggest solutions
Required attributes:

  • Previous experience within a customer service role focusing on troubleshooting through supply chains
  • SAP experience essential
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attentional to detail and very thorough
  • Friendly, professional and down to earth
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Well presented
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Ability to handle various tasks
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude
