Marketing Coordinators, Designers, Administrators WANTED for Major Project

This industry giant is seeking a number of talented Catalogue Content Coordinators, Marketing Coordinators and Strong Administrators to become a part of a major project commencing immediately. The project will be for approx 6 months with the view of extending.

Given the current Pandemic, the successful candidates will initially be working onsite for intensive training with the view of flexibility to work from home 2-3 days per week for now. Based in Western Sydney there is ample parking on site and given the need for over time during peak performance periods own transport is a must. Initially the hours will be a standard 38 hour week Monday to Friday however moving forward flexibility to work over time is non-negotiable.

As the Project Team your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Assumed ownership of end to end process of Chapter production – Sourcing, updating and distributing content
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Checking incoming content adheres to strict style guidelines
  • Working to stringent timelines, prioritising and managing multiple timelines
  • Interpreting and processing technical information, marketing documentation and images
  • Loading data into publishing software and managing system updates
  • Participating in team meetings on a regular basis
  • Providing support to team members where necessary
In order for you to be successful for this position you must have:
  • Intermediate working knowledge of publishing programs such as InDesign and Photoshop (Including MS Office)
  • Excellent time management skills in order to meet non negotiable deadlines
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills including spelling and grammar
  • Ability to multi-task and coordinate priorities simultaneously
  • Proactive, motivated with flexible, can-do attitude
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as within a large team dynamic
  • Own Transport
  • Proven previous experience within a similar position
