As a Master Scheduler, you will create, monitor, and analyse a law enforcement program.

You will be responsible to: 
  • Track baselines, perform what-if analysis, and develop contingency plans.
  • Monitor the critical path and communicate any concerns relating to the achievement of the critical path milestones to the Program Management Office (PMO) Manager as soon as practicable.
  • Ensure alignment between Master Schedule and Agile Project Management tools used by the program
  • Work with the Program Risk and Issues Manager to understand and assess impacts of risks and issues on the schedule.
  • Support the development and maintenance of executive Roadmap views of the Program schedules
Experience and skill required:
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Project and Jira
  • Demonstrated experience with a strong track record in scheduling ICT projects using contemporary project management methodologies and producing quality and accurate reports in schedule related project status
Due to the nature of the position, an minimum of a NV1 is required
