The purpose of this role is to co-ordinate compliance, contracts and placement approvals for contractor and permanent placements nationally and issue the relevant paperwork. You will be responsible for;
- Management of the Ignite Contracts and Compliance inbox and corresponding spreadsheet.
- Compliance check all placements and follow up missing compliance with Consultants on an ongoing basis.
- Review work orders and arrange for signing.
- Produce new employment contracts and related documents for Ignite contractors using standard templates.
- Produce documentation for Ignite contractor extensions, amendments and conclusions to existing contracts following documented procedures.
- Provide continuous service and support to the Ignite stakeholder base.
- Adhoc project work.

- Demonstrated capability in an administrative role with good Excel skills.
- Must have strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
