National Recruitment Coordinator | Incredible Opportunity!

This industry giant is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join their dynamic, highly efficient HR Team. Covering an Annual Leave position, you would need to be available for a 24th June start for a minimum of 4 weeks. The working week is Monday – Friday 8.30am-5pm. Based within the Blacktown area, own transport is essential.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Liaising with internal line managers on a national basis to obtain recruitment requirements
  • Updating internal data base
  • Advertising company vacancies on internal and external job boards
  • Screening candidate applications
  • Booking in interviews with relevant stake holders
  • Conducting reference checks
  • Organizing appropriate medical checks
  • Coordinating employment paperwork
  • General administrative tasks as required

In order to be successful for the position you must have the following:
  • Relevant working experience within a similar position
  • Agency Recruitment experience highly regarded
  • Intermediate MS Office experience
  • Ability to multi task and meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Own transport non negotiable
