- Strong experience with Cisco based networking technologies including: Routing/switching and network security Strong experience with Cisco voice and video technologies Strong experience with Cisco or other vendor security products Excellent communication skills Design, implementation, and support of ICT systems using Cisco products Design and support documentation 2nd,3rd level support for incidents Monitoring of existing and new systems
- Monitors system software metrics and adjusts configuration for optimum availability and performance Reviews system software updates and identifies those that merit action Configures system software for required functionality and performance Investigate and resolves system software problems, requesting action from supplier if required.
