Payroll Recoveries Officers for Immediate start!

We are seeking attentive and focused Payroll Recoveries Officers to join our government client based in Parramatta. 

This opportunity is a fulltime 7-month fixed term contract, with the possibility of extension and permanency.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting inbound and outbound phone-based collections calls and preparing relevant correspondence.
  • Making realistic arrangements with employees to bring their accounts up to date.
  • Reconciliation of employee’s salary payments and entitlements.

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Experience in SAP across a variety of modules including reconciling of incomes and general ledgers.
  • Knowledge of Single Touch Payroll
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel a MUST!
  • Prior experience working within NSW Government hugely desirable 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proven Customer Service experience
