Performance and Code of Conduct Case Manager - APS6

Our client, a Federal Government Department are looking for an experienced Performance and Code of Conduct Case Manager – APS6 to manage complex matters relating to staff behaviour and performance. This is a contract opportunity for 6 months with possible extension options.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide advice to business areas to resolve people management issues including performance management, complaints and misconduct matters
  • Record and report sensitive people management issues
  • Provide advice, direction and interpretation on people management policies, procedures and processes
  • Contributing to the planning, development and implementation of people management policies
 
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Have experience working in this space within the government
  • Demonstrated experience, knowledge of HR management processes and understanding of relevant employment legislation
  • Demonstrated ability to research, interpret and apply legislation, policies and guidance material
  • Proven ability to undertake reviews and/or investigation of complex people issues
