Personal Assistant

The Personal Assistant is responsible for supporting an Executive General Manager for a leading telco organisation and providing full administrative and general support duties in a responsible and confidential nature - initial contract of 6 months

Duties include;

  • Efficient management and prioritisation of the EGM’s diary.
  • Manage expense reimbursements.
  • Manage and book travel as required.
  • Manage recruitment and on-boarding.
  • Actively champion the Brand and values.
  • Activity coordinate, support and promote One Team culture within SEO through: Leadership Offsites, Workshops, Team Building activities, Milestone celebrations etc.
  • Networking throughout the business at all levels


  • Proven ability to develop new processes and improve existing processes.
  • Min 3 years solid Team Personal Assistant at an executive level
  • Previous experience within the telecommunications industry beneficial.
  • Intermediate to advance user of all Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  • Ability to deliver multimode communications
  • Proven ability to plan, co-ordinate and follow through on projects.
