Process Improvement Manager- Six Sigma Green/Black Belt

The Role & Opportunity
You will be working as a Process Improvement Manager (Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) within the ICT division of our major client and will be responsible for to identify business improvement opportunities through ongoing measurement of our performance and by proactively engaging stakeholders.
 
Mandatory Requirements:
 
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Process Improvement position with some Telecommunications experience
  • Leadership experience at the team (i.e. direct reports), project and Operations level
  • Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt experience & certification
  • Project Management experience & certification
  • Process mapping and documentation
  • Executive level presentation skills
  • Practical/Specialist/Technical Skills: e.g. Keyboard, Software Distribution, etc.:
  • Knowledge of change management
  • Demonstrated ability to work with teams to develop their functional competencies through process improvement
  • Ability to work in in a matrix management structure
 
Preferred Skills:
 
  • Understanding of Signavio and BPMN 2.0 modelling
  • Understanding and ability to develop end-to-end customer journey maps
