Procurement Administration Assistant

Our client is seeking an experienced Procurement Administration Assistant to support the Agency’s Procurement and Contract manager with day to day procurement administration processes.
 Your duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Processing ICT procurement activities through SAP
  • Maintaining contract register and Procurement activity register
  • Providing support with recruitment activities including the On-boarding process of successful contractors
  • Providing assistance with invoice processing, financial management and travel booking when required.
The successful applicant will be a self-starter, be process orientated and have high-attention to detail and work well in a fast-passed environment to meet deadlines demonstrate flexibility and independent judgement with respect to common tasks. A sound understanding of Commonwealth Government Procurement would be highly regarded.
Entry Level checks will be required for all successful candidates
