Program Support Officer

Our client is seeking an experienced Program Support Officer to assist in the successful delivery of a large complex ICT project. The role will also provide support with the development, monitoring, reporting, compliance and project improvement activities.

Your duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Assist Project Manager in the development and maintenance of program plans
  • Develop and maintain the program document record keeping and reporting systems
  • Ensure program management methods, standards and processes are maintained
  • Co-ordinate the production of project report
  • Provide administrative and process support
  • Liaison with other program teams to ensure accurate status reporting, including budget and schedule
  • Advise and assist program team in the application of program procedures, disciplines and recording and reporting standards
To be considered you must possess the following skills and experience:
  • Formal qualifications in Project Management or demonstrated skills and experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of Project Management methodologies, preferably Prince2
  • Excellent communication skills and highly developed documentation, knowledge and information management skills
  • Experience with program management software, MS Project or Principle Toolbox
  • Demonstrate strong working experience in developing project and program artefacts
You must be an Australian Citizen with an ability to obtain an NV1 security clearance to apply.
