Program Support Officer

Our client is seeking a Program Support Officer to provide administrative support to the training and development program. They are seeking someone who demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills. 

Your duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Providing regional administrative support including for the preparation and delivery of meetings, training and assessment programmes, and regional support activities
  • Monitoring, processing and registering all training programmes and e-learning activities
  • Compiling and assessing data
  • Maintaining information on databases and websites
  • Undertaking administrative duties relating to training and assessment programmes
  • Managing regional finances, including assisting with the arrangement of contracts and the payment of invoices
  • Purchasing equipment, course materials and office consumables
To be considered you must possess the following skills and experience:
  • Experience working with volunteers
  • Experience in a customer service environment, especially involving direct telephone contact with a wide range of clients
  • Understanding of, and experience working with, serving Australian Defence Force members and/or the ex-service community
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ICT systems
