Project Administrator

I am working with a Federal Government client looking to find a Project Administrator for a 12-month contract
 
As the Project Administrator you will work closely with the Senior Leadership team and the PMO to meet the needs of the Program to ensure that there is a consistent approach and purpose in all work undertaken to achieve outcomes.
 
Key duties of this role will include: 
  • Integrate and maintain relevant business, administrative, corporate systems and processes for the Program.
  • Provide support to the Head of the program to manage correspondence/emails, approvals and diary management as required.
  • Produce reports, letters and other written material within established guidelines and timeframes.
  • Use a range of applications/systems to perform administrative tasks and cross check work to identify discrepancies and inconsistences (e.g. data entry and searches).
 
To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following: 
  • Experience in performing administrative duties in a large complex and fast paced program,
  • An ability to handle multiple tasks, set and review priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively while remaining flexible to changing circumstances.
  • Proven ability and confidence to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies through reviewing reports and/or work practices and raise these as appropriate.
  • High level of computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word; Excel; Power Point). Ability to learn and effectively operate a range of applications.
