Project Manager ( CRM )

Leading local Council is looking for an experienced IT CRM Project Manager who will manage a high profile CRM project including the creation/start up and implementation of an end to end CRM, including integration with ERP and other business systems.
The role will work closely with the Transformation Program Coordinator.
An initial 6-month engagement is offered to the successful candidate, with the potential of an extension

Key Accountabilities

·         Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects
·         Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
·         Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring business and technical feasibility
·         Ensure resource availability and allocation
·         Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
·         Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
·         Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
·         Report and escalate to management as needed
·         Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
·         Perform risk management to minimize project risks
·         Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors as required
·         Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
·         Manage procurement processes including preparing required documentation, coordinating specialist input for technical specifications and participating in the evaluation panel.
·         Anticipates and manages the risk associated with the procurement activity


  • PRINCE2, PMBOK, AGILE or PMP required
Experience (minimum type and level of experience required to perform the role)
  • Experience with industry standard project management methodologies practices and processes
  • Experienced in the successful project creation/start up and implementation of end to end CRM, including integration with ERP and other business systems.
  • Hands-on experience in delivering end to end CRM project/s including facilitating workshops to challenge current business thinking; ensuring CRM is implemented with the best in class processes and approaches.
  • An understanding of multi-channel data, including the impact of integrating third party data (experience working with external data insight agencies advantageous).
