Project Specialist- Recruitment

The Role & Opportunity
You will be working as a Recruitment Project Specialist within the ICT division of our major Telco client and will be responsible for Working closely with the wider Project Services team and in particular the Project Managers’, the Project Specialist actively contributes towards the effective delivery of bespoke recruitment projects.
Mandatory Requirements:
  • Exposure to talent acquisition and/or Human Resources management processes
  • Proven experience in prior roles of working across multiple requirements at any one given time and effectively managing
  • Experience working in environments where required to deliver on volume tasks or work
  • Demonstrable experience maintaining stakeholder relationships with colleagues and other internal stakeholders
  • Effectively able to navigate ambiguity and gain clarity as needed to achieve outcomes
  • Forward thinking, with experience of anticipating requirements and identifying risks along with solutions to mitigate
  • Demonstrated abilities in problem solving, influencing and issues management
  • Experience working within tight timeframes
  • Experience consulting on process, policy and best practice
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with evidence of tailoring style dependent on the audience
  • Attention to detail
  • Evidence in prior roles of delivering tailored reporting, manipulating data and basic analysis coupled with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience working within a team environment where required to contribute actively towards process improvement
