Project Support Officer

Our client, a government department are seeking a Project Support Officer. You will closely work with other staff across all areas of the project team. You will ensure effective project management, information management, reporting and quality management.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Director and other members of the Project Team in the completion of project management and project controls related activities
  • Assist in identifying and tracking key dates, preparing and proof-reading progress reports
  • Attending meetings, recording, producing and distributing minutes
  • Collating and producing information for ministerial requests, including presentations and reports
Skills and Experience:
  • Prior experience working in project teams
  • Experience with project management and project control tools and systems
  • High-level written and oral communication skills
